CONSENSUS STATEMENT - strengths/weaknesses of the 6 + 1 Traits model: Strengths: We feel that the rubric is a great way to allow the students to see how they scored and why they received the grade they did. It breaks down the conventions for them, making it easier to made adjustments to that their other drafts.
Weaknesses: We are not quite sure how you would put a letter grade to the numbers. It would be hard to choose which grade to give.
